Here are the shiny versions of the Generation 2 Hoenn sprites. Some of these were kinda awkward to do. Mawile is purple because maroon would've been too similar to the red used in the normal sprite. With Kecleon, I went with the purple Kecleon often shown in other media. A real shiny Kecleon simply has a blue band on its belly, but that wouldn't have worked due to the rest of its highlights. I tried turning the yellow parts white, but it looked terrible. I've also darkened the teal on Glalie's sprite to make the shading work better with the orange of its eyes.

I'm really proud of Milotic. It was the most intimidating to do because of the number of colors, but I managed to get clever and surprised myself. Also, I included Castform's shiny sprite here. I didn't include it in the "all sprites" image because, as the weather forms don't have separate shiny versions, it would've led to an odd number of sprites, throwing off the organization of the image.
