Description
So, I have yet to actually post a picture that accurately represents what Lath actually looks like but… that… is hard (?) so you get this! This is actually a concept idea I have for the very beginning of the comic. See, Lath is an inventor. He but he mainly spends his time working on game things and a "secret project" that literally no one knows any details about. (If you're interested, I assure you, you'll find out what this project is later in the comic.)I sincerely hope I can get this project off the ground.

He'd probably give the world's smelliest stink-eye and refuse to talk for the next 48 hours, effectively sending Elias into a panic and all his financial investors into a rage because he failed to go to any of their meetings.
TLDR; Problems. Problems would happen.

The investors ask Elias why Lath didn't show up like.
"Why was Mr. (whatever Lath's last name is I forget omg I'm so sorry) not able to attend our meeting today?"
"Uh... well I... uh...... mm....."
"I certainly hope it was important. Do you know how much it cost us to set up this meeting?"
"well uh..."
"He must have, without our partnerships he could be out on the streets."
"UH. WELL. I-"
"We need an answer, and I hope for your creator's sake it-"
"I SMACKED HIS BUTT AND HE'S POUTING I'M SO SORRY"

Oh, yes. He floats.
All 'It' references aside, yeah. He was working on anti-gravity squares to put on the bottom of his boards (he makes virtual reality video games, mostly boarding games. You know, like Tony Hawk but not as… 90's). He managed it and thought it made a better chair then his actual chair so now he does most of his work from there. It's also quite a convenient light source.
