Giving the equipped creature absorb [link] is a nice fit, and quite useful in certain situations.
Will you be having cards that deal damage repeatedly, like low-power double strikers and/or Pestilence [link] effects? You already have quite a few token producers, so cards that encourage or force multi-blocking a single creature or allow a single creature to block multiple creatures would also work well with Fluttershy's armor.
Hmm - your Fluttershy already has 4 toughness, so how about allowing her to block additional creatures instead of buffing her toughness? It would also work well with her protection from Beasts.

changed the wording to absorb, gives Fluttershy +0/+1 and can block one more creature.

I'd like to suggest increasing the extra amount of creatures that can be blocked to two and nixing the toughness boost. This would make Fluttershy very good at blocking small creatures and Beasts, but only allow her to block one or two bigger non-Beast creatures.

Quite expensive for the effect, even if Fluttershy is equipped (compare to Accorder's Shield [link] ).
