Nice action pose, and facial expression. You captured her very well. The background, and enemy perspective are pretty good, as well as the coloring/shading.

The grins on her teeth make looks like she is pissing off about something(either smiling or angry) I prefer she is like... open mouth. If Neera wants to dodge the attack, there's should be a little beam of light coming from the enemy mouth.
but either way, it's a fantastic work, by the way, love the angle and the detail of the spear crystal.
