I imagine her gesturing drawing attention to her hands; performing rights and rituals. So I assume at least one of those important hands would be decorated in some exotic, ornate jewel ordained by her ministry. That jewel might bear symbolic colors and motifs of consecrated beasts, sacred to her church.
