It's some kind of clover leaf. I used a Nikon D60, my kit lens Nikkor 18-55 as well as a macro filter. They're much cheaper than macro lenses but I'm perfectly happy with them

Very nice color and focus choice with perfect measure o the depth of field.

The colours here remind me of opals, or the colours you see i dishwashing liquid bubbles 
And as always, I love the focus on that one drop in the middle - it's always fun to try and figure out what it may be magnifying
