This was a history assignment I had. We had create like some kind of bumper sticker, political cartoon. This piece of art shows the Monroe Doctrine. Quick history lesson, the Monroe Doctrine was basically America telling Europe to stay out of the Western Hemisphere. Kermit with an awesome handlebar mustache represents France. Anna Chapman represents Russia and Austin Powers represents Britain.
