The lone ranger continued on his lonley quest... but why? why alone? ...Well... if you asked if you could join him... he would simply get serious and say "I work alone..... to protect her... to keep her safe....... To only have two lives to worry about..."
Oh the beauty of it's simplicity... It's very hard to describe.... from this alone I can see a whole story...(p.s. can you figure out the Ranger's riddle.) Β .....

Thanks, glad you liked it, but back to the riddle then.Β
First off, I'm a writer... or at least.. am writing a story, (Mostly little things here and there) And I have a knack for coming up with stories. As I stated before, from this piece alone I could write a small story, using a bit of elements from the story I am currently working on and the way both this artwork and a character that I have been designing.Β
Now... what is a ranger's duty? To Watch and Protect. In the Ranger's riddle he states "I work alone... to protect her... to keep her safe.... To only have two lives to worry about..."'Β
The character I am working with in my story is also considered to be a Ranger (or a Knight, it's a work in progress). The Ranger answers clearly why he works alone, yet in a way that only he knows the answer too... "To protect her... to Keep her safe..... to only have two lives to worry about."
Now, at a stare point you may think "two lives? oh he must mean his and her's", But here is the catch, he says "Her" twice... and that he "works alone" so that means he is in the field alone.... so....

This reminds me of a place near where I live. Very peaceful and cool. The air damp, and moved by a soft breeze from the mountains. Very green.
