Watching and listening, I notice
The loud and the quiet
The one with many friends
And the one with none
Differences in each, I see
And the similar as well
But do they notice me?

Those who are strangers to trouble
Also those who are its heart
The ones who know much
The ones who know little
The vain and the trying
The kind and the uncaring
I notice all
But do they notice me?

I see them, who are the ground
But do they see me who is the air?
Do they try, do they even care?
Am I invisable or am I noticed?
If I'm visable will you acknowledge me
Or will you let me become invisable again?

Do they see me standing here?
Do they hear me as I speak?
Or am I invisable and unheard?
Do you see me, do you hear me?
Or do you know of me through these words?
Will let me know,
Do they notice me?

When I wish to be alone
I enter a world of my own
But if you know the way
You may be able to call me back
Let me know which world I'm in
