I drew it during a lecture way back in 2012 (I think, maybe early 2013) and colored it with text highlighters... Worst idea I've ever had. But somehow, I managed to save the bicture... thanks to some bold color choices. I love using contrasting colors. And I love drawing cutesy dresses... from time to time. Hey, Hey! I thought those colors looked familiar! I use the Pitt Brush Pens too. I do love the bold vibrancy of the colors. I love your technique, you have some great shading and highlighting going on. I could learn from viewing this. All the little details you put into the dress really make a fancy, elegant design overall. I think my favorite detail is the squiggle patterns in the skirt's midsection (I hope I got my terms right.) And the pose is adorable.

i use prismacolor markers... but not that much anymore due to the fact that i have a tablet for coloring pictures now

Thank you! Well, I have a tablet, too, but I pretty much abandoned it once I started going to uni (no time to draw on PC) and switched to a small laptop (not very convenient to draw on, though I managed to draw one picture on it from scratch, heh).

i usually use it for fixes and colors on my traditional artwork

Trad is harder, actually - you don't have all those convenient tools like 'Undo' at your disposal, and you spend much more money at the supplies.

That's because I deleted earlier works because they were cluttering up my profile.Β And the fact I didn't like them all that much.Β If they were still around you'd see.Β Besides I don't insult others to feel better about myself, I critique their work with a lot of indifference and hostility.

If anything, it makes me think more of a flamenco dress than gothic lolita, probably due to the bright colors. It's still very pretty, though.
