this is interesting...first some questions: did you use digital or film camera? if film, which film did you use? did you use any filter??
then:
It doesn't look like a picture, it looks more like some animation or rendering. that's what makes this picture interesting
probably I'd cut a bit of the left part in order to concentrate a little bit more the picture, the left part has got some "empty" effect on my eye...
it would be perfect for some texture, fading effect in advertisments or presentation...
I mean, it has not that subject, but is very goodlooking and nice to see...
I've got a quite similar one in b&w, if I remember I'll scan it.

I used a digital camera. No filters, just long exposure and a little bit of post-processing.
