Here’s a guy I’m sorta doing a DTA (Draw To Adopt) for!

SubatomicXonkey I drew him! Going to edit the bio in as soon as it’s done but here’s this!

I really wanted to give him a little stripe of color so that’s where his orange dash comes from, and I have him splashes of pink/purple because I imagine he’s very comfortable with who he is and the fact that he does like the color pink!

Looks: Fargo has black hair but a dyed orange stripe through his left bangs. His hair has spikey like bangs and is fairly long. His eyes are green and his skin is a light brownish color. He often wears a long, gray, almost trench coat with golden buttons. The coat has pink/purple patches on the elbows and he wears a pink striped shirt under his coat. Fargo has blue jeans on as well as pinkish shoes with white socks. He sometimes has a black sun hat on his head. He has a pretty skinny body, and is around 5'9 in height.

Personality: Fargo is generally a Friendly person, able to strike up a conversation easily and can often make friends through his personality alone. He's Compassionate, caring for his loved ones, sometimes even if they don't feel the same way and generally helping people, and is pretty Confident too, sticking to who he is and staying that way. He's also quite Responsible, able to take care of himself and generally live on his own and still make a living.

However, he tends to Avoid His Problems, mainly because he doesn't want to deal with them at that moment and just wants to forget about it altogether, which becomes a problem when that problem only grows bigger from not being dealt with. He's pretty Forgetful, pretty much the guy who has to write down what he needs to do that day or he will forget and end up doing something else instead, and tends to be a Chatterbox, loving to talk with people and go on and on for hours, sometimes accidentally taking the conversation without realizing it. He will apologize for doing so afterwards, but he keeps forgetting that he needs to keep it short and just loves to talk. Finally, he's Naive, often too trusting of someone before he really thinks about their intentions, and can be easily tricked.

Backstory: Fargo growing up didn't feel right as a girl. His body felt off, his clothing style wasn't pleasant, and overall, he just didn't feel like he was a girl on the inside. Fargo would longingly look at boys clothing whenever he passed it and wish to one day wear it.

He was the youngest of three children, and with the other two excelling in math and science, Fargo had a lot to live up to, and his parents expected him to be the same. But Fargo wasn't interested in either of those things, and while he did okay in them, his true passion was baking. It was bad enough that his parents didn't understand that, but it only got worse when at age 15, he admitted to his parents that he was trans, and on the inside, truly felt like a guy rather than a girl.

His parents asked hundreds of questions, "Had he always felt this way? Was he sick? Was this just something he was doing to get attention?" And Fargo did his best to answer all of them to what he felt. His parents took him to several doctors to see if something was wrong with him, but at the end of the day, Fargo was still Fargo. Nothing abnormal had changed, he always felt this way.

Sadly, Fargo's parents still were confused and truly didn't understand why he was this way, and neither did his friends. Fargo kept staying the way that he was, now using his money to buy clothes he truly felt comfortable in and hoped that one day, they'd just accept him. However, things never seemed to change. So, he began to save up his money, working hard at his job whenever he was off school, and almost as soon as he hit 18, applied for a college and got into one at NYC. He flew there as fast as he could, wanting to get away from his family as fast as possible, and start a new life in the big city.

Finally, Fargo would get what he wanted: Some friends who fully accepted him for who he was, and a place to continue his dream of opening up a bakery.

Kinda a short bio for now but I'll definitely come back and add more as I build the world he lives in!
