Now this is sad, this is a big and really old ship with some history behind it!
Svanefjord is a previous cargoship bulit 1912, later rebulid in 1970, during it's time as a cargo ship it has traveled through Göta Kanal and many other places and have had many owners. You can find other pictures of this ship online from it's "Golden days" when it was still active, however, since about 2005 it has been more or less abandoned.
Since around the year of 2007 the ship was put to rest by a small island and has been there ever since. There has been rumors that the owner had plans to rebulid the boat to a hostel, however, the ship has remained untouched for years. All the doors on the boat are open, most of the interiors are torn apart and everything that people have seen as a value is gone. I don't know about the engine room however, since I have not checked it out myself.

I see the beauty in the ship even though it's condition and think it's a shame that it gets a fate like this :/
