Description:
"Scattered around its body are prismatic shells. As it breaches the water's surface, each will glisten with the different colors of the rainbow."

Takes inspiration from the leaked pics of Primarina, which at the time was unconfirmed.
Cut many times from the Fakedex before being back on for good. Many, many, many iterations....so many.
Other versions included a standard river dolphin, a beach dolphin with onepiece swimwear and floating beachball, and more.
