Alright, sorry if I can't offer you an actual critique...but I hope this helps.
The pose is very nice, it makes him seem bold and courageous. His paws are designed nicely and his eyes have depth to them.
Some of the color on it is bright, almost to bright. Perhaps some shading into the other colors would make it look more smooth like wolf hair.
Also, I don't know if he is a pure wolf or dog/wolf hybrid, but pure wolves have a straight back and thick straight tail with no tummy tucking n_n;. Perhaps altering his design could give him more of a "wolfish" appearance could really make him pop out.
Overall, it has some flaws, but it is a nice piece of wolf artwork.
