I mean, sure Cynda's ideas might be 'wrong' but at the same time I think there could lay a certain innocence... like a small child, they don't really see right from wrong as adults do. Silver and Cyndaquil are just two kids with too much power.

Very true! While I do think some pokemon can be flat out bad, Silver and cyndaquil are definitely childish in their behavior while everyone else is above that, or has moved on from it, perhaps even Blue who used to be the same.
