This was a concept I've had in my head for quite a while. We are reading (actually finishing) a novel called The Outsiders. It's about some greasers and one of which is johnny. Johnny is the most sensitive greaser because his parents usually beat him or punish him whenever he's home. But in this picture, this is how I imagined he'd look after stabbing some guy who where drowning the main character in a park fountain. It took a couple of rejected drawings to get the look of his eye right. Enjoy the ever so depressed, Johnny in anime style.
