The pose is really perfectly chosen, the way the model holding his head and the placement against the wall with the dark shadows cast around him adds a lot of impact!
I think the light works really well too and I like the contrast between the light on the model's back and the relative shadowy location around him. It does also contribute a lot to the emotion and the atmosphere of the piece.
In regards to the composition I think that generally it works well though I think I would've preferred the model to be placed in the lower right rather than the upper right corner... I think that seeing less of the floor and more of the wall maybe would've made this image even better but then doing it like you did adds to the "claustrophobic" atmosphere.

There is a lot of emotion in this image - distraught, fear, loniless. It is beautifully shot and composed. The negative space adds to the vastness of the image's sense of emotion.

Amazingly emotive shot. I am very drawn to images of masculine vulnerability, when done well of course. The colors have a great gritty feel.
