Was it difficult without a hard surface? Did the markers bleed? How long did it take? How many markers do you have? Did you start with pencil? How much were the shoes? Can I commission you? *seizure*

Uhh, I just drew on it... O__o Lol. Because I know the importance of answering questions all too well 
-It wasn't too hard working with the surface. Sure, you don't have the flatness of paper on table, but it's no big deal, really.
-Each of the pens is different. Old Prismas don't bleed with the fine tip. New ones do a little bit. Copics bleed the most X__X
-I never really keep track of time (haha) but I worked on them on-and-off in one day. It only takes a few hours or so...uhh, 3-5? Something like that if you take in account design plan, color test, etc. NOT including running to the store to buy more colors XD
-I have the 12 primary and secondary Prismacolor set, 24 loose Prismas in various colors (majority of these were from a thrift shop in which I got for free, but they are older, don't have as much ink, and are pretty much all in earth tones and yellows...) - there are duplicates too and I bought 2 blues, a green, and some skin tones. I also just got 4 Copics because the colors matched where the Prismas didn't. I highly recommend going to Art Ellis/University Arts on J Street because they 1) give student discounts and 2) have an insane collection of colors (I swear, like ALL of them! O__O).
-Yes, I started with pencil. However, it is a little difficult sometimes because of the material (this pair was soft while my first were a lot rougher). Depending on the texture, you can erase a tiny bit. Working light helps to avoid lots of mistakes, but at the same time, it is difficult to do the lineart because of this.
-The shoes were a request from a friend, so she bought them, not me. My first test pair, I got them from Michael's on clearance for $5 XD

It will pay for everything for life! Grad school, med school, equipment, housing, tuition, you name it. And what's more, is that there are no specific requirements. Pretty open.

Yes, it's a wonderful thing indeed! All you have to do is live in the following districts: Napa, Solano, Yolo, Sacramento, San Juaquin, and Contra Costa counties. You can even apply if you are in college or have been out of college, so that's good.
Required are recent transcripts and an essay 150-250 words long. If you are selected from the many that apply, you can be eligible for an interview. That is all. Pretty simple - I'm doing this for sure
