Cutthroat Caverns is a game put out by "Smirk and Dagger" games.  This looks like the same style of some of the artists that have submitted creatures for the game.

As for the game itself...it's similar to the game "Munchkin" but for a more older (and more bloodthirsty) group of gamers.  Backstabbery is not only permitted, it is highly encouraged.  The slogan on the game is "Without teamwork, you'll never survive...without betrayal, you'll never win."

Actually, that's the beauty of the game.  Smirk and Dagger tend to take submissions for new creatures every so often when they do updates for the game.  They also promote the various artists and mention them in the credits...usually with a link to artist's site or business.

I think there might be some of those artists here on DA.
