You mean useable on DA? I'm afraid all the details will be gone if you resize it, they are 100 px and DA only allows 50 px... You can use them elsewhere, just download the zip archive with the icons!

erm, what exactly do you want? press download button on the right, and you get the icons pack, then you need to unzip it with winrar/winzip/7z/any archive program you have, and there sill be 24 separate icons you can use on LJ or other sites, they are too large for DevianArt unfortunately...
