I did it in a short break between my 6th and 7th exam. Shuga is very heartwarming character, so I made a picture of him to cheer myself up.Shuga is a character in the fantasy novel and anime 'Seirei no Moribito' (aka 'Guardian of The Sacred Spirit). Due to his charm and wisdom he became the youngest master star diviner in history and the tutor of Prince Chagum. This picture refers to scene from episode 15, when Shuga finds proof that Chagum is alive (ok, no more spoilers ^^).
To resolve doubts: Shuga is a male, not female. But he is young, long-haired and it makes him looking a bit like a woman.
In anime his hair is much lighter: [link] but I'm too much lazy and overworked to fix it ^^.

I just love Shuga, he is so nice and warm character. And I must completely agree with you, 'Seirei no Moribito' deserves more attention. It's so hard to find a good fantasy anime, because most of them is about getting more and more epic sword to slay more and more powerful evil guys/demons and their fanatics, trying to destroy/control the whole world without any good reason.
If you like fantasy anime, I recommend you watching 'Twelve Kingdoms' (aka 'Juuni Kokki'). It starts like an another random anime about a schoolgirl taken to a fantasy world, but later turns into a very fascinating story

I'm now nearly finished with watching Seirei and the story
gets better and better and more and more fascinating as well.
And indeed, Shuga ist just a great character (I love his hair
