is the pink part from the lights? Because then it should be overlapping ... uh .... some parts brighter than others.
and then it wouldn't matter what color. Pink is fine.

I was gonna say a yellow color, but I suppose it would go too much with the fading color in the speakers, since it's going purple, blue green, and that was why I even though yellow. Hmm. But maybe something darker. Definitely sticks out oddly from everything else.
