I haven't seen many shippers on tumblr (since everyone loves TouMaki and SanSaka and like ManaTou as friends or then just dislike it for no reason I mean there isn't that many fans who scream about it unlike TouMaki/SanSaka and there hasn't been many scenes between them yet) but yes I've seen people in pixiv who like ManaTou, it makes me really happy!

Yeah, at least in manga there was more scenes between them later. I don't think they would stop anime before manga ends as YowaPeda has became pretty popular.
