Thank you and for teaching me how to flatten layers and keep all those details. o.o; I thought I was honestly done but no. XDI spent about 5 hours on this. I started off with a random doodle of an eye, but then I couldn't use it because it threw off the pic so I redrew the face and here's the end result.
I did the background and everything all my lonesome. I love the colors *o*
done all on photoshop with tablet- no scanning required

it's because you posted it as a .PSD file. only viewable in photoshop (and maybe a few other programs). open it in photoshop, do "File>Save As..." and then I suggest saving it as a .PNG file, because it doesn't lose anything (unlike .jpg and .gif). you won't need a preview, and everybody will be able to see it

O_O I don't have to preview anything. I think the hang-up is that you are trying to post an image that doesn't have your layers flattened and saved as a JPG. Try that. It should work.

I don't know what version you have but under one of the top options, one of them might say 'Layer' and then you simply choose 'flatten layer' under the menu that opens up. Or, you should see a window showing you all the layers you are working in. This window will be called 'Layers' and labeled so. Go to the right side of this window and you will see an arrow or options that says 'More.' Click on 'More' and you will see a menu of options. Again, just 'Flatten layer'.
I would also suggest saving it as a Jpg. I think that helps too.

jpg works, but you lose detail with it, and with gif you lose color depth. I would sugges using .png because you don't lose anything with it

Thx! I went and made sure I had that option. I always wondered what I could do to keep the quality from suffering when I saved it after flattening.
