Mizu, fearing the hunter had already seen her, flew down to greet the human.
"Who do you think you are, sneaking up on a human? Do you honestly expect to walk away un-scathed from just any encounter?"
Mizu thought she saw the trees & plants around the hunter shudder, just a trick of light though.. or was it?
Mizu was unaware of this hunter's skill.
After a few seconds, the hunter sheathed her sword, but drew her shield in case.

Mizu was confused, she meant to befriend the human, not harm her..
"Hello?" she said, trying to be friendly.
Yet Mizu was already rumbling the water in the icy lake, she was alert.
"I'm Mizu.. whats your name?"

The hunter chuckled.
"I am Deserae. I see not all dragons fear hunters as much as they should, and that some needn't even worry about us. But you.... you seem more interested in socializing... Or are you one of 'His' Messenger?"
She drew her sword again and stepped into a fighting stance.

"Do you fight me, or are you looking for ally's in the battle for survival as well?"
Deserae grinned, the sword's cover hadn't come off. Mizu giggled on the inside, the Deserae must have been a little inexperienced.

"Well, if human death is all a dragon wants, I suppose I would be a rather easy target." Deserae said, as if she had read Mizu's mind.

"I'm looking for Allies..." She whispered carefully, yet sadly. "But.. who is 'He'?" She asked curiously.

After a few minutes, Deserae sighed. "'He' is the dark one, the one who took something of mine. I want it back."
Mizu stood as she watched Deserae sit on a large rock, yet then reached her sword.

"Perhaps, I should find an easier weapon. What do you think?" She said, with a slight smile on her face.
