Description Jiger
Earth Moving Beast

Legend tells of a great monster that once roamed across China, destroying buildings and devouring crops. The monstes name was Jiger the Earth Mover. One day, a group of monks fooled Jiger into consuming mass amounts fermented berry juice, causing her to sleep. While uncountious, the monks soon built a giant temple atop the sleeping giant and casted an ancient spell on a man-sized, handmade statue to make sure that the beast's sleep would go uninterrupted for many years.

A few months after the events in Canada, a group of Japanese college students were on a field trip to the ancient temple of Jiger. While touring the temple, one of the students was busy taking pictures of the temple, his name was Kenichi. Kenichi took part in the field trip hoping to get some awsome pictures for his schools' newspaper. Unfortunatley, none of his photos said "headline" material, until he layed his eyes on the ancient sealing statue. No angle was good enough though, not as long as he stayed pass the rope guard. So when everyone had left, Kenichi stayed behind and slipped past the barrier to get some choice pictures and while taking pictures, Kenichi read a strange part or the statue that read, Jedagon the Guardian. While he was busy getting different angles of the statue, he didn't even notice the passing guard who began yelling at Kenichi to get away from the antique. Paniced, Kenichi accidentaly backed into the statue, causing it to fall and shatter into dozens of pieces.

While desperately trying to put the statue back together, Kenichi found a small, multi-colored amulet among the rubble and picked it up. Just as the guard was ready to throw Kenichi out, the entire temple began shaking. As everyone began evacuating the temple, the earthquake only continued to get worse. Kenichi, still holding the amulet, was the last one out and the first one to see what was causing the earthquake, Jiger. The ancient monster from the temples' legend was alive and awake and ready to make up for lost times. After unleashing a hailstorm of energy needles, Jiger used her singiture ability of manipulating rocks and hurdeling them around the city.

While Jiger continued her path of destruction, Kenichi was kicking himself big time for the biggest blunder of his life. All his life, Kenichi had been making some goof ups hear and there, but this one took the cake. Soon, a voice could be heard, telling him that mistakes happen and that we can't always crontol what will or what won't happen next. Kenichi couldn't see any one around him, so who was taking? Suddenly, the amulet in his pocket began to glow and as Kenichi pulled it out, the voice started up agian. The voice told Kenichi that he was ready to help fix this problem if he was, and Kenichi agreed. Suddenly, the Earth began quaking again, only this time it wasn't Jiger. The ground exploded farther away from the temple and revield a massive blue dragon. Kenichi heard the voice agian saying that his name is Jedagon, the Dragon of the East. Jedagon spoke agian saying that the monks knew that one day, Jiger would rise agian, for that, they made sure to place Jiger near him so that when she rises agian, Jiger would have to fight Jedagon in the process. That is why the amulet was placed in the statue, so that when it brakes, some one could wake up the eastern dragon as well, so in some ways, it was more of a happy accident.

Jedagon engaged Jiger in an epic confrontation. As Jedagon continued hitting Jiger with his spiked tail and tonge, Jiger only countered with her energy needles and a powerful heat ray too. With his energy shield up, Jedagon told Kenichi that the can win, but only if he and Kenichi combined their mana together. Jedagon was taken off guard when Jiger grabed his throat and hurled him into the ground. Jiger then used her rock minipulation ability agian and began drowning Jedagon in a sea of rubble. With no time to lose, Kenichi began concentrating on the amulet and was soon able to to conect his mana with Jedagon. Jedagon unleashed his powerful ice mist, covering Jiger's face in ice. As Jiger was losing her focus, Jedagon freed himself from the rocks. Finally clearing the ice off her face, Jiger was caught off guard by Jedagon's tail smashing her across the field. Jiger rose agian and flunged her tail straight at Jedagon, who was able to grab it with his teeth and shatterded the stinger into splinters. While Jiger was panicing, Jedagon and Kenichi focused their mana together and Jedagon unleashed his mulit-colored blast attack, or as Kenichi called it: the Rainbow of Doom, straight at Jiger. The blast oblitrated Jiger and ended her wrath, with Jedagon roaring in victory.

After the battle, Jedagon and Kenichi headed out of the destruction and on to the next challenge. When Kenichi asked what was up, Jedagon told him that his battle with Jiger was only half the reason to his return. Jedagon said that the main reason was that the Guardian's wicked hearted brother was preparing to return, stronger then ever before and that he needed to locate the rest of the Guardians in order to stop this nightmare before it begins.
