Glad you like the skin. I hate drawing it though because it kinda obscures his prettiness. Yes, in my cracky fan girl brain, I honestly believe that Wade Wilson is a hottie to boot. No eyebrows or eyelashes, that would be too weird *pouts* ~.^ For a universe that deals with time travel and cloning regularly, the writers sure go out of their way trying to keep Wade 'ugly'. It's a conspiracy, I tell you!

Oh, Nate's TO... <3 and I love Wade's comment when he looks at the statue about Nate being able to make the TO rise to the occasion

It's really well done, the skin. He was quite hot as a teenager, so I can't see why he can't be good looking grown up, it's just tat his scarring obscures it but I guess the scarring's part of his character so I just deal with it because it's just an outward reflection of how scarred he is inside. I don't mean no eyebrows or eyelashes... it's just... the eyelashes are quite long and feminine... and the eyebrows are quite feminine too... that's all

It's always a conspiracy... I bet Marvel's full of skrulls that just want to make us suffer... I just want Cable and Deadpool to team up again 'cause apparently, the Cable solo's not worth reading anyway

Yeah, I see your point. Maybe he uses makeup ^.^

I'm currently reading some of Deadpool's solo stuff before Cable&Deadpool. He use to be really ashamed of his deformed face (how deformed is anyone's guess since it varies by artist interpretationn). I think he must have been pretty good looking to be so bothered by it. I'm glad that they got rid of the image inducer though cause it was kind of confusing, even with yellow speech bubbles.

My feel is that Cable is too hard for most readers to relate to. He's only really 'human' when you put him next to an accessible character like Deadpool and Cable gets to act like a foil instead of a statue. Eh, also, the whole dead-comes back alive Jean Grey schtick is so overused. I'm with you, more Cable & Deadpool!

Yeah, that was when he throws a prostitute out the window or something right? Or Typhoid Mary...? hmmm... I've only read some of the Deadpool solos before I jumped straight to Cable and Deadpool and yeah, the image inducer was quite confusing.

Yeah... Cable was pretty much a statue with big guns not to mention monstrous looking *coughROBLIEFELDcough* I like the way that he and Wade interact and being with Deadpool really changed him, he even got a sense of humour. Can't they just kill Jean and be over with it?

I can't read through most of Deadpool's earlier stuff because the art style was so...GAH. I think Liefeld and his irks defined an entire decade of bad comic art.

Old Deadpool seems like a separate character to me: less funny, more tortured, more in the closet, etc. etc. Cable&Deadpool is in its own universe for me regardless of what Marvel says. I love how being with Cable made Deadpool a better person. He's always had a conscience of sort but Nathan gave him a purpose, an end of goal of being good. Plus, I'm pretty sure Nate is bribing him with sexual favors to not randomly kill innocents
