Oh, very nice. Sally's eyes in particular came out really nicely, and you do a nice job of digitally transferring your usual stylized textures onto the rocks and grass. Also liking the lighting in Sally's hair. Very calm, very pleasant, this pic is just so nice to look at 'n' smile with. ^_^

Hehe, thanks. It was nice to go back and do some more SatAM art, I felt like I hadn't done any in a while so this was a good exercise.

I'm glad you like the rocks and grass... I'm trying to figure out how to draw digitally in a way I like, and so far the best solutions seem to involve treating digital media as though they're traditional. I've been using a lot of techniques I learned while coloring and drawing with markers/pencils.

SatAM is one of those "absence makes the heart grow fonder" fandoms, I find; taking some time off from it always makes it that much more satisfying to come back to. ^_^

From what I've seen, taking traditional techniques and applying them to digital tools is indeed the best solution there. A lot of my friends use similar methods, and it's yielded some great results. Best of luck with your continuing work.
