commissar commander:
strength- all commissar units have a increase to their buff range
weakness- all guard units have less health if the commander isn't deployed
commander ability-  all units gain the commissar buff, this will stack with the normal commissar buff for 1 turn.
deployment- once deployed will buff nearby units in a radius of 2

commisar buff: increase the movement of any unit by 1 melee damage by 50% range damage 30%

DKOK captain commander:
strength- all infintry units gain a bonus for melee and a slight health buff combat
weakness- commissars can't buff units
commander ability- all units gain a massive bonus for melee combat and movement for 1 turn.
deployment-infintry can move imediatly after disebarking from vehicles or exiting buildings

artillary commander:
strength- all units gain with indirect fire gain +2 range
weakness- direct combat will do less damage
commander- ability- all units gain with indirect fire gain +1 range and increase damage to 150% for 1 turn
deployment- increases all units defence
