Excellent, I am a big fan of Discworld books and esp these 4 characters..
What I love the most is that you have kept the faces a little vague, room for the viewer imagination to play in.
bty I think your Vimes character puts "me" in mind of Bill Shatner. I don't know why.. perhaps the eyes...

I absolutely love this. I'd even say it's an inspiring piece - look at the different stances and body language of these four, I feel there is some very subtle but definite characterization at work here. Also love the texture and the lights and the colours and everything, you made it very clear the guards are at home in their city and this is THEIR home they're guarding. I wish I have better words for this but anyway... great work. Wish you could maybe post a larger version though

This piece is fantastic! More than enough detail to give each character a recognizable figure and face while done in broad enough strokes to let you fill in each person as your imagination has created them,
I especially love Carrot; I couldn't fave this piece fast enough!

What can I say? I adore this. The colors are so beautiful and rich, and Colon... you can practically hear him relating what some bloke at the pub told him. It's such a lovely take on all of the characters.
