Phanpy in the notorious F.E.A.R. mode.For those that have no idea what that means, it generally stands for: Focus Sash, Endeavor, Quick Attack (or one with a high priority), Rattata. Only reason it ended with Rattata is because it was the most well known Pokemon to use the strategy with. More info here: [link]

How can a Phanpy learn BOTH Endeavor and Ice Shard? I'm still looking for a way to do it.

It can't have both on the same set. It can learn Endeavor and ice Shard on separate sets but likei said not on the same one. The way it gets these moves is by breeding.

Actualy, they can. I finally found out how. I used a Smeargle and Sketched the moves, breeded with a female Donphan, and then I got a Phanpy with both moves. ^^

Ah yes, FEAR is the most annoying tactic ever used. However, it's only counters are that of Sandstorm and Hail. That and the odd damage out of the entry hazards.

I wouldn't say it's the most annoying tactic ever made, imo. I reserve that title for people who Tank to win.
There's plenty of ways out of the typical FEAR user. Best way is to use a berry or leftovers. Or if you see it coming DON'T attack it, instead switch out to a Pokemon that's immune to its attacks.
