All done in Photoshop CS2 in about two hours. (probably less than that.)

Heyo! Just letting you know I used this picture on my facebook page for Pokemon-Appreciation-Month! It looks great! Ruby was my favorite of all Pokemon games, and Wailord was just a fun Pokemon to train

Yeah, I was trying to make it look grand and the ocean reflection did the trick. I should have used smaller brushes but it looks good enough!

Considering how massive it is compared to anything else in the game you'd think it's the most deadly pokemon ever. But the game doesn't seem to think that. O game mechanics U.
