Alex took Alley aside from the other sheep he was not quite sure of Roc and wanted to talk to her about him. But he's never asked if Alley's instincts or gut feelings get the few she's allowed to water right about those things. They could hear that Evie was skeptical and against him and that D.C. tried to get her to be more cooperative than she usually is.
Alex: Alley?
I'm not quite sure if I trust him.
Alley: I'm not asking you to trust him. But I ask you to trust me Alex. I'm usually right about these things.
Alex: I know, Alley. It's just that he looks so different.
