That sux about the colors, if you have photoshop (any version) you might be able to bring back the colors, in either color balance or hue/saturation.

I really tried to bring the colors back, but all I could do change the color mixer, and other very minor adjustments. But the biggest problem was the type of color pencils, that seem to leave a grail-like relief when scanned (guess it's the paper too 
But I still have the lineart, so if I'm ever tired of this, I'll color it in photoshop fully!
