This is my mermaid for the mermaid melody competition on
I'm very proud of this one, but I'd love to hear some constructive criticism. This picture made my white pencil run out so I can't draw any pictures till I get a new one, WAAAAHHHH!!! Anyway, I got the idea for the pose of the arms from one of my Arina artbooks and I took some inspiration for the costume from my Time Stranger Kyoko mangas (they have such great costumes in that manga). Anyway, the costume itself though is purely mine. I wanted to go overboard with detail for once, coz I usually don't put in enough. She's the red pearl mermaid coz there isn't one yet. Her name's Trishka and she comes from the Red Sea.
This took me forever, so I hope you all like it. Thanks to all my friends
