THIS is the drawing I did that I'm certain spawned that weird dream I talked about in my most recent journal...xDDObviously you can see why I think it did.
Why did I do this pic in the first place? Well, I've been feeling a bit nostalgic lately anyhow, but I actually saw a Beetleborgs tape at Goodwill last Saturday, and that increased the feelings. XD (I tried to convince my mom to purchase it for my nephew to grow up on...I only have a bit of the Shadowborg saga on tape for him to watch. xDD)
So I drew this....
YES, I really liked Digimon. YES, I really liked Beetleborgs. YES, I really liked Pokemon (though probably not quite as much as Digimon...even though for the first long while I was one of those who didn't watch digimon, calling it a pokemon knockoff). I really liked Batman (even though that bat-emblem looks HORRIBLE), and I really liked Zelda.
I still like all of those things, though some to a lesser extent. (I still REALLY like Zelda, for instance. x3)

Mm-hm, I definitely remember good ol' Big Bad Beetleborgs...All my friends were into Power Rangers at the time, though. XDD

i remember back when pokemon was big and i was pretty much the only one at my school that watched digimon.
i always watched beetleborgs and power rangers. i think i had like a million toys from them both. i wish i still had some of those now. the toys were as important as the show when i was a kid.

I was one of those people who thought digimon was a pokemon rip-off until I watched it. XDD Soon found out that I loved them both. x3 (Though, I think I liked digimon more!)
Mm, I got more toys of beetleborgs AFTER it went of the air! I remember talking nostalgia with my friends about it, and they said, "Oh, we remember that. We still have toys of it." and they gave them to me. XDDD

I definatly watched Digimon more than Pokemon. Mainly becase I didnt get Kids WB back in the day and only watched Pokemon back when it was on Fox. But yeah good times, good times. Of course I remember most of these things except for the Zelda thing which I'm guessing is the triangle? I'm surprised you dont have a Morpher in here somewhere.

Oh man. I remember when Pokemon was my life. I still like it, its just a harder addiction to feed nowadays...(the store where I used to play the card game closed...T_T)

For some reason, I have a game guide thing (you know, the little pamphlets that come WITH the game that tell about it. XD) from a Digimon PS1 game...I think a friend gave it to me on a whim. XDD

It totally does....the games are great and all (of course, I'm one of those who feel there are getting to be waaay too many pokemon. 8/ ), but the show needs to conclude itself.......Ash has said a lot of things that he has/never will do. xDD
He'd be a 'master' by now if he didn't change his pokemon so often....He CAN'T have much of a bond with any of them, if he gives them up so easily!! XD;;

I DID THE VERY SAME THING WITH DIGIMON!!! XDDDD And I felt so bad because it blows Pokemon out of the water....I think anyway. I find much of a plot with Pokemon...I dunno. And plus, I loved the Biblical references in Digimon. The whole 666 mark for the prophecy of Myotismon? And then Angemon and Angewoman defeating him? Yeah. LOVED it. XDDDDDDD

I think one reason that Digimon was better was that it was about saving the earth and was all noble like that (some were even reluctant to fight, but did it for the good cause), while pokemon was just about fighting for no reason and such...XDD
But, I still did like pokemon. Just not as much. I liked the Biblical references, too, that was crazy cool. xDD
(You said Angewoman...hee.....AngewomOn...x3....I used to do that sometimes...xDD)

Yeah, Pokemon always seemed mindless to me in that regard....OH DARN IT. I'm a dork. I accidentally put "Angewomen" first, and just thought "NO IT'S SINGULAR!!!!!" and put the "a". PFFFFFFFFFFFFT. XD

I rented a Beetleborgs tape from the same place that keeps taunting me with their 1987 Zelda cardboard display that's apparently forever stuck behind the shelves they nev---- ANYWAY! Yeah, I remember bouncing up and down insanely to the extended opening song thingie. Fun times XD

That tape I saw at the Goodwill last Saturday was, I think, the only Beetleborgs tape I had EVER seen. XD
It was the only remanant from Beetleborgs (besides my own leftover toys...XD) that I had seen in years~, aside from a Flabber doll I had seen in some sort of run-down shop a lo~ng time ago...XDD

Ooh, I hated Batman, but I liked Dr Freeze. ^^ And Poison Ivy. That was the only movie I would watch. Anything else Batman and I was like 'yeah, get stuffed.' XD
Digimon was pretty awesome in my opinion, but I didn't watch it much because I just didn't get the chance. I was a BIG pokemon fan, even though it was the dubbed version. >_> But I still liked it.
Hmm... Hot Wheels to me was literally Hot Wheels. And I didn't discover Zelda until I was about fifteen when I got my first game console (which was second hand anyway) and it was an N64 and I had to find games. Discovered Zelda. ^^
Err... don't even know what Beetleborgs are. >_>

Beetleborgs...hm, how to explain....Well, it's these three kids who read a comic called "Beetleborgs". They go to a haunted house in their town, accidentaly free a ghost thing that grants them a wish, and they wish to be given the beetleborg's powers. They get their wish, but the comic book monsters also get released, so....they have to fight them and send them back to the comics in each episode.....
It's a pretty cheesy show, but I liked it a lot. xDD

Like I said, it's pretty cheesy. The ghost thing's name is Flabber and he's dressed in a weir~d Elvis-y fashion, there are often chase scenes through the haunted house (called Hillhurst) where the monsters that live there try to eat the three kids that become beetleborgs.........it's cheesy. But, I can't really put it down, because I loved it so much. It's wa~~~y better than power rangers, at any rate. xDDD

I played with barbies a LITTLE as a really little kid...but not really as most kids played with them. They were quite often villains or just really occasional normal people stand-ins...XD

I played with legos ALL THE TIME~
I even built my own lego digidestened, digimon, and reinacted most of seasons 1 & 2 of digimon, and made all my own pokemon, too (but didn't reinact the show. XD) I have a big case of them still sitting in my closet~xD
