This piece really needs work on the human anatomy. I suggest studying from the skeleton first so you can better understand length of limbs and proportion. For example, the shoulders should be wide enough that three heads can be placed across them. (This however doesn't mean the shoulders have to be super squared off, they can be sloped naturally.) Although it is cliche, practice does indeed make perfect and in this instance it can only make your work better. I also suggest studying fabric and the way light is reflected/shaded on it along with the way it drapes and folds on the human figure. Your colors are nice but it would 'pop' more if it was shaded a bit more accurately in areas of light and dark. Having a light source (imaginary or on the page like the sun's position) makes it easier to find where the shadows should go.A ruler is handy for weapons to make lines sharp and even unless the warped look is what you were going for.
