I have avoided to use Putin as humor although his name is mentioned in the article. Using politics as humor isn't funny and it's offend people a lot.

Let me tell you.Β
Almost all hotels in my country don't provide internet for free like your country. Even if they provide it for free, most are slower than snail. Some hotels' water is taste like gutter, making it not safe to drink from ( after all, I suggest you not to drink it, it's not drinkable. ). About toilet.....one of Germany's toilets in the western part is worse than yours (though it's a road-side toilet near resting place, but yeah... All the stuff in there are covered with moss and rust).
Russia is a very big country with vast land. It's a miracle if they can make all hotels perfect with all services available.Β
No hotels can be perfect like people wish for. If they are perfect, they might be world-class hotels, in my opinion.Β
