I admire the idea of the fish tank on her head, and how her hair is floating around in the water, I really admire this picture. Especially the palette that you have chosen for it, I would love to see more like this! Truly amazing work. <3

I think it is, because drawing anything that comes into the subject of the ocean, you can draw so much of it. And I love the way you work with the style, and you change it around into so many different things. That might be why.
