I don't know anything about Persona, but I love this art piece. The glasses are greatly done and the particles surrounding the character close up are a nice touch to an otherwise dull empty space.

The style of your linart looks a bit different to me, maybe slightly more sketchy? It looks nice!
I like the warm and cool colors...but my favorite part is the collar design! I have a pair of shoes with that black and white texture!
