Description I feel better about this version. The previous versions I wasn't happy with. I still need to work at drawing backgrounds. But I'm happy with the way this turned out.

I love your architecture design. I would differentiate the shades by making the night and the bat sign darker, black actually. It's really, really good, though.

That reminds me. You should look into something called a t ruler. At least that's what I think it's called. If you want to draw buildings, it should come in handy. I picked up one not to long ago. But I haven't had a chance to make use of it just yet. But I plan to in the near future. I want to shift some of my focus on developing backgrounds.

I know the T ruler. Just didn't have a chance to buy one

I have plans to start incorporating it more. It should keep me busy for a while.

Thanks. I kept trying to darken the sky. It gets kind of tiring after awhile due to the large space. The scanner made it look darker than it actually is. In person, the sky is more noticeable in comparison. But again, thank you.

You should have few kind of pencils. Soft and hard ones. I especially like big, triangle koh-i-noor pencils since you can cover much of the picture with less work. Very hard pencils will leave very light mark Soft pencils will leave very dark mark under heavy pressure. I really recommend you to play around with different pencils

To be honest I didn't think about that. I do have a variety of B and HB types. I used a .07 for all the shading and most of the lines. Which makes it time consuming.
