yes, it should be a drawing using makeup as a medium.
it doesn't have to be fullbody so long as we can tell the drawing is of this tox.
you can draw with makeup on any surface you want. your arm, paper, cardboard, anything. for example, if you wanted to draw a headshot on scrapbook paper with eyebrow pencil, that would be a valid entry.

ooooo, I have a lil question! So, could you use say cut out parts of makeup ads in the artwork? Because although it isn't makeup it does revolve around makeup, and the theme doesn't specifically say it has to be makeup makeup. *wiggles eyebrows*

You could always go to a dollar store and limit yourself to spending $5-$10! It's worth a shot and could be fun ^^ It's like if you buy fast food every here and there, that money just goes in your belly and is gone forever for a treat XD If you have fun making it even if you don't win, $5-$10 isn't a huge loss.

That's the thing tho, I got no money. I can't afford to buy fast food often either, so wasting money on that is a treat lol
I'd much rather spend $5-$10 on food to help me live (since that's enough for a few cans of food to make a few meals) than something I'm just gonna throw away later since no one else wants it.

I don't have much money myself and I think this XTA ist better for low-cost then most. The Tox has a lot of skin colour that you would probably get with one 1€ nude eyeshadow palette. That's cheaper then most colored pencils. Or what about the Flower CTA last summer? I didn't have the money to get so many flowers or fake flowers. And I didn't want to rip them just out. A lot of craft supplies cost a bit of money, doing one with makeup feels a lot more obtainable.

For that one, I just went outside and picked some stuff, but never got around to making the arrangements.
You don't have to buy any supplies, and I think it's a bit wasteful doing so since you're not guaranteed to win, so yeah.. These are just about having fun. X'DD
idk tho, I was just raised in a place where we don't really buy shit unless we need it. Other than that, I try to do things the best with what I got or get stuff for free.
This feels really biased towards me as a guy, not because of how much the makeup costs compared to other craft supplies. Idk the first thing about using makeup either (besides nail polish since I went through a black nailpolish phase as a teen scree) so rip me and trying to get an event seed this time around. lol
