Description TUTORIAL! You have to download it

I’ve been a ghost on DA for a while so I needed to upload something And seeing as everyone is always asking me how I color (even though I already have a tutorial up >_> I decided to make a new tutorial

I hope you guys can understand my instructions.
You’ll probably need to know a little about Photoshop already before you try to follow my instructions, cuz I don’t think I explained this very well

I usually just draw my images straight on Photoshop, but it’s come to my attention that most people sketch their images out on paper first. So, that is how I did things in my tutorial

Oh yeah, please excuse any spelling/grammar errors I have. I am not perfect you know

It's a magical and mysterious bird! If you catch one and rub its belly it'll bring you good fortune!

You can only catch it if you have the powers that come from a pixie. You have find a pixie, and it will have to be the right type of pixie too, not just one of those run of the mill pixies, but a Paint Brush Bird Pixie. And then you have to convince the pixie to bless you with the powers, which usually involves you doing several deeds for the pixie Then and only then will you be able to catch da birdy

Interesting. I like seeing how other people color or sketch their work. I'd never thought of selecting the line art (when you went from green to black) and coloring it like that before, it would be helpful for making the lineart match the markings. Learn something new every day. :]

But, if you just wanted to go from colored line art to black, I think it'd be easier just to go to Image - Adjustments - Hue/Saturation and drop the saturation to zero.
