I HAD TO LOOK THEM ALL UP AND APPARENTLY THEY'RE VOODOO SYMBOLS????
WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW BEFORE NOW SO THAT'S REALLY COOL CAUSE I LEARNED A THING
Originally this looked a lot less vibrant but after I added some glow dodge and a multiply layer, it was looking a WHOLE lot better and aaaAAAAAAAA I'M SO PROUD OF HOW IT TURNED OUT

Guys, Alastor is my absolute fav in Hazbin Hotel, and I really wanted to do him justice in this and I think I managed to succeed lmao
I'm gonna try using glow dodge and multiply more often with my drawings
I mean I've used layer modes before but not really with my realistic drawings, mostly just when I used to draw more cartoony stuff (where I had to do line art and all of that nonsense)

And I’m glad you like the lighting, I spent wayyy too long with doing all of the shading in this piece XD But it was definitely worth it!
(And Alastor’s my favorite too lol. I mean he’s just so fun to watch on screen, how could I not make art of him?)
