This is Akira! He is a young reporter who has to try and deal with the wacky happenings of the world he lives in. He is the main character of the rpg maker horror game I'm workin on!

He is part of a subspecies of humans called "deviants". They make up the small percentage of the world and are defined by their possession of supernatural powers. Akira possesses photokinesis (the ability to control light)

Also his best friend is a ghost.
