Yeah, exactly! ;-; He wanted Larsa to continue being innocent and loving of the world, and did everything possible to keep him that way. Ahhh, Vayne... in a way, I think he's the tragic hero of the tale, alongside Basch ):>

Yeah. Vayne was an arse but I don't hate him... he did what he had to and he's lost his compassion though no real fault of his own. It doesn't excuse what he did so much (his motives did to an extent) and he was never meaninglessly cruel except with his words. Often he'd say harsh things to people but that's not the same as acting, I mean, it's his job to be in control.

Yeah, I believe he was about Vaan's age (the manga said something like that).

I always like the way you portray events and aspects that we didn't get to actually witness in the story. I think you did very well depicting this. His brothers didn't know what hit them. I always wondered what they looked like as well.

I was playing FFT: War of the Lions and I was somehow reminded of this with the Beoulve family. They both have a power hungry and controlling older brother (who murdered their father) and the youngest brother a pacifist and good person. However, Ramza is most like Basch if anyone. Have you ever played any tactics games?
