Description

Type A (founder - Amethyst)

Arabian, friesian horses and lusitano became a basis for the breed. The blood of American Saddlebreds and  Gypsy Vanner horses influenced on the exterior of stormarrano.

Type: all-around horse

Height: 157-165 cm, an average of 162 cm

Exterior: long noble head with a slightly convex profile, graceful swan-neck, powerful shoulders and a powerful compact body, a wide chest, smooth sloping croup with high tail carriage. Unusual "cock" tail. The legs are slender, of medium length. Rather dense feathers grow only on the back of the legs.

Tail: arc-shaped tail’s dock. This position is quite natural, it is only supported by strong muscles, so the tail keeps full mobility.

Unusual "cock" tail is result of unexpected mutations in the process of breeding. This sign is harmless, but also that horses with this tail have a bit more powerful muscles of the croup.

Coat colors: More common -classic champagne, gray.
