Emergency Fashion Auction- High Water in Venice -
Long story short, workers in the flat upstairs left the windows open (again), the flat was flooded from the storm and the ceiling of my sitting room started pissing water like a well-hydrated doggie. FOR THE SECOND TIME IN TWO WEEKS. And my own bedroom has a suspicious stain that I'm not trusting not to open up and waterboard me in my sleep. Hence why the outfit is water inspired. Money will buy a cane that I'll use to beat some sense in those workers next time I'll see them. Plus the dry-cleaning of the sofa.

These are the same workers that do not respect the city laws about noisy work (9AM-12AM and 3PM-6PM) and use thepneumatic drill over my head at 1PM when I'm trying to sleep because I had the night shift. We told our landlord (who is also the one who owns and is renovating the flat upstairs) and he told them... They were 'good' for about a week and then started again with their own timetable. So I got pissed off, and went up to tell them to stop drilling and the answer was 'Sorry, we forgot'.
You forgot what? That there are rules? And after twenty minutes they did another small drilling. It's not like, if you make it short and with 10 minutes pauses, it's going to be less loud. I AM STILL NOT SLEEPING. And I'm still not stupid, do you think I can't look at the clock and see that it's still 2PM?!?
And thank you, I didn't know at first what to draw but then I solved the problem. With the actual problem.
