Stocks and resources used:
For the model I used two different photo's, one for the pose and one for the face expression. The hand that went missing because of changing the dress is a copy from the other hand which I adjusted in colour (shade side) and a little in form.
and for her wings
Ground and stormy clouds are from textures.com as are the used flames in the background
The tree with the skull is from pixelsquid as is the cockroach.
Her hair is made with her own hair and this pack and some painting to make it a fluent match.

The fire tips on the wings are painted with particleshop
Everything else is painted with regular PS brushes.
